OMG.. What happened to
JIM?
Dear
Friends & Colleagues:
I am sadden to
report that Jim Magdaleno of Hercules, CA, passed away on Sunday,
November 30, 2008 at approximately at 7:20 am from after emergency heart
surgery.
Jim was visiting
his family in the Grants Pass area, had just finished eating a hearty
Thanksgiving Dinner when he began feeling some discomfort and decided to
lie down awhile. Later
that evening upon the recommendation of Maria and his brother-in-law who
is a Nurse, Jim agreed to go to the emergency room.
Jim underwent a
series of test where they discovered that he was in need of a five way
by-pass surgery on his heart. Surgery was originally scheduled for the following day,
however within a few hours they discovered he required surgery immediately.
Jim was a BIGGER than Life
guy, who fought a hard fight and survived surgery,
but just couldn't get his heart stabilized
and was later placed on life support.
Jim had a BIG HEART,
but apparently his heart was just tired and weak and he did not recover
after surgery. Jim's family said their good bye's and
per Jim's wishes, was removed from life support where he passed away
peacefully.
Jim was a great
guy, a person with great integrity and immense talent; a love for good
food, good spirits, and pretty women.
Jim was one of a kind and
his
imprint on our world
will be missed
by all who had the
pleasure of knowing and
loving him.
Rest in Peace, Buddy!
